When drummer Jim Bruce approached me to design the cover artwork for Black Happy’s 20th Anniversary Reunion Concert DVD and Documentary, I was ecstatic.
As a youngin’, I saw these guys play all over the Pacific Northwest. It was the dawn of Grunge.
They deserved well-designed art, as most local bands/labels have not been known for the amazing jackets on their records.
The premiere showing of the DVD at the Garland Theater, in Spokane, WA brought even more work. I continued the theme throughout with tickets and posters.
